Introduction to Insanity WorkoutShaun T. and Beachbody. It's designed to help you lose weight, burn calories and excessive body fat in a very short amount of time. Routines lasts 45 min in average (some are longer), and you will have workouts every day except on Sunday. There are various kinds of exercises with really nice background music (it really helps to stay focused).
To start with insanity program you don't need any special equipment because your own body provides the resistance. Everything you need are all the DVDs, nutrition guide (it's very important to follow it for best results), calendar and fit test (I will provide download links for everything). Insanity workout is based on method called "max interval training", which basically means that you'll have longer exercises with shorter breaks in between, so be ready to push hard (first week is going to be tough).

Important TipsInsanity workout is probably the hardest exercise routine you can find on DVD today so please read this before you start with the program.
1). If you have any chronic medical issues it's recommended to consult your physician first.
2). For best results follow the nutrition guide, diet is just important as exercises.
3). Drink a lots of water during workouts and focus on breathing.
4). Modify, modify, modify and take breaks if you need to, especially in the first week.
5). You don't need any equipment but good pair of sneakers are highly recommended.
6). Don't forget, you need to exercise almost every day so plan your schedule carefully.
7). Most important tip: DON'T GIVE UP ( you will see fantastic results, just stay motivated).
